The integrity and competence of its leadership, their promotion of inclusivity and the innovative ecosystem of the company are deeply valued by Coda Payments’ employees

Coda Payments, the second-fastest-growing fintech company in Asia-Pacific according to the Financial Times, is thrilled to announce that its Singapore headquarters has been officially certified as a Great Place To Work™.

The prestigious certification is based on a rigorous process that uses validated employee feedback gathered with the data-driven Great Place to Work® Institute methodology.* The study found that 95% of the company’s Singapore employees considered Coda Payments a great place to work. That’s 30 percentage points higher than at an average US company.

We are honoured to be certified as a Great Place To Work™. This achievement highlights every Codan’s commitment to building an amazing work environment and their embodiment of our core values. We are thankful and look forward to our continued growth. – Linda Lee, Director of People Operations at Coda Payments.

Coda Payments’ employees were particularly impressed with the company’s leadership. The study found high levels of satisfaction with their integrity and competence, as well as their promotion of inclusivity and non-discriminatory behavior. They also applauded the transparency of the company’s communication practices.

The study also revealed that employees felt a deep sense of camaraderie with their teammates. Coda Payments’ fun, friendly, and welcoming work environment promotes a sense of belonging and makes day-to-day work enjoyable, employees said.

Coda Payments’ innovative ecosystem was another reason why the company was so highly rated. Employees feel empowered to come up with creative solutions to add value and respond to unexpected market challenges. The workplace is flexible, motivating, and exciting.

The certification comes at a moment of rapid expansion for the company. In 2020, Coda Payments expanded its global workforce from 200 to 300 employees. In 2021, it expects to hire another 100 talented staff, bringing its global workforce to beyond 400.

“We congratulate Coda Payments on their certification,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Best Workplace List Research at Great Place to Work. “Organisations that earn their employees’ trust create great workplace cultures that deliver outstanding business results.”
